မြန်မာအက်ဂရိုအိတ်(စ်)ချိန်း ပတ်ဘလစ်လီမိတက် အနေဖြင့် အများပြည်သူများသို့ အစုရှယ်ယာများကမ်းလှမ်းရောင်း ချခွင့်အား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ၊ စီမံကိန်းနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ငွေချေး သက်သေခံလက်မှတ် လုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေး ကော်မရှင်၏ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ (၁၁)ရက် ရက်စွဲပါ စာအမှတ် - ကော်မရှင် ဈေးကွက်ကြီးကြပ်/ ၅၇ / ၁၆ -၁၇ ဖြင့် ရောင်းချခွင့်ရရှိထားပြီးဖြစ်ရာ ရင်းနှီးမြှပ်နှံရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စား သူအများပြည်သူများအား အစုရှယ်ယာ တစ်စုလျှင် (၁၀၅၀၀)ကျပ်နှုန်းဖြင့် အစုရှယ်ယာပေါင်း (၅၀၀၀၀၀)အား (၁၆ -၁- ၂၀၁၇)ရက်နေ့မှ (၁၀-၂-၂၀၁၇)ရက်နေ့ထိ ရောင်းချပေး သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။

တညင်းကုန်း သစ်သီးဝလံ ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက်နှင့် ပန်းမာန် လက်ကားဈေး တည်ဆောက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်း စီမံကိန်းဧရိယာတွင် အကြိုအင်ဂျင်နီယာ လုပ်ငန်းများကို(၂.၄.၂၀၁၅)ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ကိုင်းမြက်များ၊ ဒိုက်များရှင်းလင်းခြင်း၊ အမှိုက်ရောမြေများ ဖယ်ထုတ်၍ သဲဖို့ခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းများ လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ရာ Phuse.1 ဧရိယာ၏ (၁၀၀ %)ပြီးစီးပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Phase.1 ဧရိယာအတွင်း ဆက်လက် ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိသော လုပ်ငန်းများ၏ ပြီးစီးမှု အခြေအနေမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 3 Storey Shop House တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ (၇၀ %)ပြီးစီးပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 4 Storey Shop House တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ (၅၀ %)ပြီးစီးပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
